We believe there are plenty of good, fair priced, auto trimmers in the US that can do a much better job of sewing and installing the upholstery than you would ever get with a pre-made set of covers. Buying covers is just one part of the equation. The seats must still be rebuilt to fit the covers, and at that point you are going to the upholstery shop anyway. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the covers will not fit, no matter how much work is done on the seat. Custom manufactured cloth takes time to complete. That being said, this is a complicated process and can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months. Just like with custom cloth, door panel manufacturing takes time. We do not mass produce our door panels, they are all custom made once ordered. They are complete and ready to install, including all metal pieces preinstalled.
