SMS is pleased to introduce our new wide yardage cavalry twill vinyl tops for the 1969 through 1973 Lincoln Mark III. This wide width vinyl allows us to correctly make the tops for these cars with the proper seams, making it accurately match the original factory top. These tops and materials are available in most factory colors, and as you can see here, this includes black, which is one of the most common colors. This past Saturday, several dozen members of the Edsel Owners Club drove their cars out to SMS to show us their vehicles and tour our facility. This is the second time the club has made the journey out here, and it was great to visit with them again and see some of their rare cars.
Because we are the only company that offers complete original interiors for all 1958, 1959, and 1960 Edsels, many of these cars had SMS interiors in them. We always enjoy seeing how our products look in the finished cars, and these Edsels looked great. We definitely hope to see the Edsel Owners Club out here again in the future!
